It is being sold as-is because the LED does not turn on when engaged, and the volume knob has been replaced.
The sound itself has been tested and works without issue.
Returns are possible for issues such as no sound, but we may refuse returns for reasons such as the LED not turning on or the knob being different, as these have been noted.
